Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a series of US regulations that protects personal health information. As required by HIPAA, Healthie guarantees storage of account data for at least six years. In practice, we retain them indefinitely, even beyond the six years. This includes the retention of all client information, documents, charting notes, message history, financial records, and more. 

Even if you are to end your subscription with Healthie, your account and client data will be maintained & can be restored when your account is reactivated.
