Mobile Medication Management — With Integrated E-Prescribing

Manage a client’s full medication list on mobile — view, add, and update medications directly from their profile — with the option to securely e-prescribe through Dosespot.

Here's what's new:

  • E-prescribe instantly: Send prescriptions through Dosespot right from the profile.
  • Add any medication: Document what your clients bring from other providers or started before joining your practice.
  • Update as you go: Change dosages, adjust frequencies, or remove medications that are no longer needed.
  • See everything together: Access complete medication history alongside your clinical notes.

New: Centralized Dashboard for Insurance Payments (Claim.MD Users)

We’ve added a new Insurance Payments tab that brings all ERA-based payments into one clear, consolidated view for organizations using Healthie’s Claim.MD integration. This update reduces the time teams spend manually tracking ERAs and makes it easier to identify which funds have been received.

With this release, you can:

  • See all Claim.MD ERA payments at a glance in a unified list
  • Track payment status with Received / Not Received indicators
  • Open full ERA details directly from each payment
  • Search and filter to quickly find specific transactions

This update helps practices streamline reconciliation, improve visibility into insurance revenue, and simplify day-to-day billing workflows.

Simpler Team Management Across Sub-Organizations

Managing team members across sub-organizations just got easier. With two new updates, admins will be able to:

  • Add new team members to multiple sub-organizations at once.
  • Add existing parent org members to additional sub-organizations without recreating profiles.

These enhancements ensure consistent permissions and reduce manual setup, saving you time as your team scales. Both features are available to organizations with sub-organizations.

Expanded Bridge Tables

Unlock dependable access to your Healthie data — no queries required. Bridge by Healthie continuously delivers structured datasets to AWS S3 or via Snowflake Direct Share, refreshing every 15 minutes so your dashboards and models stay current.

Bridge supports a wide range of Healthie data tables, which are documented in our Data Dictionary.

The following tables have been added to Bridge this month.

API Updates

All features added this month are also available directly via the API. In addition, we are laser focused on building a best-in-class customer experience, which includes continuously investing in, and iterating on, our developer experience. This will include updates to documentation, SDKs, Webhooks and more, throughout the upcoming months.

Automated API Changelog

  • Added a weekly, auto-generated changelog that captures all GraphQL schema changes from the prior week.
  • Changelog entries are published every Friday to provide more granular visibility into API updates.
  • Backfilled changelog entries for the past 12 months (generated retroactively; minor discrepancies may exist).

AI- and Markdown-Friendly Documentation

  • Introduced new options on every docs page to better support AI workflows and LLM usage.
  • Users can now copy pages as Markdown, view pages in Markdown format, or send a page directly to tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Demo available in the linked Slack thread.

Exploring AI Chat for API Docs

  • Actively exploring an AI-powered chat experience within the API Docs.
  • This would complement existing search by allowing developers to ask natural-language questions and receive answers grounded in our documentation.

Additional Updates

  • Healthie now supports 10- and 15-minute appointment intervals, allowing practices to schedule sessions at more frequent, consistent times throughout the day. This update helps reduce scheduling gaps, maximize provider availability, and create a more organized calendar flow for high-volume practices.
  • We've strengthened Healthie's Google Calendar sync with optimized connection architecture that ensures appointments stay accurately synchronized across platforms with improved stability and fault tolerance. This behind-the-scenes enhancement maintains the same familiar connection workflow while providing a more dependable, scalable foundation for your calendar integration.
  • We've optimized Healthie's availability processing with a new hybrid architecture that strengthens self-scheduling performance and establishes the foundation for advanced features like complex recurrence patterns and multi-provider coordinated scheduling. This behind-the-scenes infrastructure enhancement ensures availability calculations remain precise at scale while maintaining the same familiar configuration and booking experience for providers and clients.
  • The zoom (in/out) setting from your Appointment calendar now automatically applies to your Availability calendar, allowing you to view availability in 15-, 20-, 30-, or 60-minute increments for more granular schedule management. This update creates a consistent calendar experience across both views, making it easier to spot open slots and manage appointments efficiently—especially for practices offering varied appointment lengths.
  • We've streamlined mobile browser form entry by removing intrusive "OK" buttons, making it easier for clients to complete forms on any device. This updates streamlines mobile form completion for providers and clients.
