AI Scribe captures your sessions and automatically generates structured, editable chart notes — ready for your review and approve. Every session also produces an instant transcript.

Pricing

AI Charting is available to Plus, Group, and Enterprise customers as an add-on to your Healthie subscription. All plans include AI Scribe, configured for telehealth, in-person, and phone sessions, and Instant Transcripts.

$35/mo · 40 hours included · $0.85/hr overage

Hours are shared across all providers on your account. Your full team's AI Scribe usage counts toward a single monthly total, giving practices flexibility without per-provider fees.

Unused hours roll over for one additional month. Overages are charged at $0.85/hr and billed on the following month's invoice. All hourly totals are rounded up to the nearest whole hour.

Note: AI Charting does not include a free trial.

Getting Started

Complete the AI Charting integration form here or follow the steps below within Healthie.

Account owners can start the AI Scribe enablement process from the Integrations page.

1. Click the Integrations icon (puzzle) in the top navigation bar.
2. AI Charting by Healthie > Click Manage.
3. Click the Connect button.
4. Fill out the request form.
