Pricing

AI Charting is available to Plus, Group, and Enterprise customers as an add-on to your Healthie subscription. All plans include AI Scribe, configured for telehealth, in-person, and phone sessions, and Instant Transcripts.

$35/mo · 40 hours included · $0.85/hr overage

Hours are shared across all providers on your account. Your full team's AI Scribe usage counts toward a single monthly total, giving practices flexibility without per-provider fees.

Unused hours roll over for one additional month. Overages are charged at $0.85/hr and billed on the following month's invoice. All hourly totals are rounded up to the nearest whole hour.

Getting Started

Complete the AI Charting integration form

Account owners can start the AI Scribe enablement process from the Integrations page.

1. Click the Integrations icon (puzzle) in the top navigation bar.
2. Scroll down to AI Scribe.
3. Click Manage.
4. Click the Request integration button.
5. Fill out the activation form.
