AI Charting is available for Plus plans and above as a subscription add-on. Account owners can start a free trial within Healthie.
- Click the Integrations icon (puzzle) in the top navigation bar.
- Search for AI Charting by Healthie
- Manage > Connect

- Plus and Group Plan customers: Start a free 7-day AI Charting trial within your Healthie account.
- Enterprise customers: Reach out to your CSM or hello@gethealthie.com to discuss a trial experience and volume-based discounted pricing.
Pricing
AI Charting is available to customers on Plus plans and above as an add-on to your Healthie subscription for $35 per month.
- All plans include access to AI Scribe, AI Scribe Tasks, and AI Encounter Summaries.
- Included are 40 hours of AI Scribe
- Hours are shared across all providers on your account. Your full team's AI Scribe usage counts toward a single monthly total, giving practices flexibility without per-provider fees.
- AI Scribe hours can be viewed in Healthie, providing real-time visibility.
- Unused hours roll over for one additional month. Overages are charged at $0.85/hr and billed on the following month's invoice. All hourly totals are rounded up to the nearest whole hour.
- There is no additional cost associated with AI Scribe Tasks or AI Encounter Summaries.
AI Scribe
AI Scribe captures your sessions and automatically generates structured, editable chart notes — ready for your review and approve. Every session also produces an instant transcript.
AI Scribe works across all session types:
- Telehealth — connects directly with Healthie's HIPAA-compliant Zoom integration
- In-person — uses ambient listening to capture in-room sessions without any additional hardware
- Phone — captures audio from phone-based sessions and converts it into chart notes and a transcript
