February 2019: Updates to chat and client organization! And, general UI/UX enhancements
Platform release notes: February 2019
We have rolled out an updated version to our Chat platform! Highlights of this update include:
- Right-hand panel to view basic information about a client while you are chatting with them, including upcoming appointment and payment, to enable providers to have a better snapshot of clients directly within a message screen
- Live updates of multiple client conversation threads while you are viewing a single client conversation
- Improved filtering functionality: Read vs Unread conversations, Individual vs Community Chats (formerly “Group Messages”), Active vs Archived conversations
- Workflow enhancements to create a new conversation, and support Message Blasts + Community Chats
- Design updates
We have made updates to the way you view & sort clients and groups
- Multiple groups can now be associated with the same intake flow
- It’s now more clear which groups are associated with which intake flows
- Updates to how you can view and sort clients within a particular group, as well as view your existing groups
- Updates to how archived clients are treated within Healthie (with a prompt to notify a provider about this before archiving a client)
Other updates & fixes
- Clear status updates on Healthie's Faxing Platform (Sent faxes now show Pending, Delivered, and Failed, with Failed Status reasons including No Faxtone, Fax Number Busy, and Blocked Number)
- Superbills: Assistant permission settings adjusted
- Calendar: Provider's name, in organization calendar, also shows up when selecting a specific appointment
- Calendar: Repeating appointments can repeat up to 52 times
- For organizations: The name of the provider who a client is assigned to appears in the client onboarding flow, in addition to the organization's name
- Prevented goal completion from ever going above 100% (a larger update to Goals feature is forthcoming)
- Better support for the Programs feature on certain browsers (we are in the process of adding Programs to our mobile apps)
- Improvements to client signatures / agreements on mobile devices and certain browsers
- Bank account: Added additional notifications, prompts, and messages to make it easier to enter a bank account and track progress
- CMS 1500 forms will always print on one page
- Growth charts: Name of the growth chart's standard, and the client's percentile, are shown
- Calendar: When creating an appointment while you are viewing a particular day, the Add Appointment box will default to the day you were viewing
- Added scroll bars in dropdowns to pick times (intake forms and charting)
- Updates to how Superbill Date of Service is pre-filled (will pull from date of service, independent of date of creating Superbill)
