April 2019: Client Packages, Org Permissions, Credit report, UI/UX

Platform release notes: April 2019

Note: this will be updated throughout the month of April, as we release updates to our platform several times each week. 

We have completed the initial groundwork of our " Client packages" update: 

• Updated visual layout from a provider & client perspective of purchasing a package in different use cases, for example if there is no image associated with a package 
• Clients can see the credits that they have 
• If a package is free, clients are not prompted to enter a credit card
• Package styling when packages are embedded onto a website have been updated. 

We have released a client credits report in the " Reports" page:

• • "Your Clients' Credits" - This report will show you your clients and their credits
  • "Organization Clients' Credits" - This report will include all clients in an organization

We have updated the Client Metrics report:

• Client Metrics report will now show custom metrics in addition to default metrics, for all providers & organizations. 

Other updates & fixes

• Organization settings & permissions
  • A provider can be in one organization only
  • Organization administrators can now set whether additional providers in an organization can create and edit
  • If another provider, administrator, or assistant within an organization cancels or reschedules an appointment on behalf of the provider, the provider will *also* receive an e-mail notification
• Client List
  • You can now sort by "Next Appointment" within your Clients List
• Chat:
  • Minor design updates
• Payments: 
  • As a provider, you can now stop subsequent payments if a client is in the middle of their package. 
• Superbills & CMS 1500s:
  • Updated ICD-10/CPT code database to remove non-billable codes.
  • Updates to pre-filling an address/location, if not already stored in the system
  • Update to the "19 Reserved" field with max characters
• Forms:
  • Billing Information, Insurance Information, Profile Picture, and more forms are available by default via Request Form Completion
• Programs:
  • Updated formatting of Youtube links for videos
• Metrics
• iPad:
  • Configuration updates
• Other UI/UX updates
