How to capture client insurance information
Healthie enables you to capture your client's insurance information, that becomes automatically pre-populated when preparing a CMS 1500 form for a client. This article review:

Collect during Intake Process
You can add a pre-built insurance form to your intake process that allows clients to input their insurance information on their end for you.
To do this, go to "Intake flow" and Add the form "Insurance info" to your Intake flow. You will not see this form in Form Builder, since the Insurance Capture Form cannot be modified.
