Cancel Your Healthie Trial

While we're sorry to see you go, we also understand that this may not be the right timing for you. Your trial is free for 14 days, and you'll receive a, email notification when your trial is ending. 

If you know that you'd like to use Healthie again in the future, we recommend that you switch to our free Starter plan in lieu of cancelling your trial. If you prefer to cancel your trial altogether, you can follow the steps outlined below. 


Switch to the Starter Plan for $0/month

Switching to our Starter plan will still give you access to your account, core features, and work with up to 10 clients at absolutely no cost. Additionally, switching to our Starter Plan will enable you to receive any pending payments or invoices from clients, including those that are scheduled for a future date. When you cancel your account, no future client payments will be processed. 

Note: Healthie customers on a Starter, Essentials, or Plus Plans are now able to self-manage and have more insights into their subscription.

Our Starter plan is free forever, and you can always upgrade to a paid plan at any time. This essentially will allow you to "pause" account payments while still maintaining access to Healthie. 

To switch from a trial to the free Starter Plan: 

  • Navigate to your Subscription Page (Gear icon > Subscription) 
  • You will see options to  Manage Plan, view  Payment Method details, or check  Payment History.

    Upon clicking on  Manage Plan, you'll receive details as to the current Healthie Plan you're subscribed to, your trial length details (when applicable), and the option to add another  Payment Method if you'd like to.

    Once your membership is updated by selecting the Starter Plan, you'll no longer receive a monthly or annual bill from Healthie. Your log in credentials will remain the same, and you can log in to your account as usual. 


Cancel Your Free Trial 

If you'd like to full cancel your trial, and no longer have access to Healthie, you can do so in your Subscription settings. 

  • Navigate to your Subscription Page (Gear icon > Subscription) 
  • From here, click on Manage Plan, and you can downgrade or cancel your subscription. If on a paid plan, it should show the plan you are currently on, and the option to switch to an annual subscription if you would like.
