Client Leads & Marketing

1. Have a Client added to your Client List if they book / buy on your website
2. Having new clients receive paperwork + other visibility within your account

Collect information from Clients

1. Send your New Client specific intake forms via an intake flow
2. Automatically have a form sent before or after an appointment
3. Send forms to a client after they purchase a package

Managing appointments

Integrations & Zapier

Healthie connects with over 25 tools that our organizations use in their business. Here is an overview of third-party integrations with Healthie. We continue to add more integrations & automations on our platform, based on your feedback. Here is our feature upvote platform you can use to request the tools you'd like to see integrate with Healthie. 

Healthie does not currently integrate with Zapier, which is a tool that connects software platforms with each other. The primary reason for this, is that Zapier is not HIPAA-compliant, and will not authorize that they protect information passed through the platform in accordance with HIPAA standards.
