Platform release notes: Summer 2019
Goals:
- Check out Healthie's Updated Goals Platform! It has been re-designed from the ground up, on both web and mobile (iOS and Android). Capabilities include:
- When viewing a client's goals within their profile, you will see a full list of their outstanding goals Learn more

Out of pocket payments:
- We have released the second phase of our Client Packages update.
- Providers can now include an “Introduction Video” for each of their packages, which clients see when they look at the details of the package
Chat:
- Design updates to make chat messages easier to read Learn more
Calendar:
- Providers can now control the order that contact types appear to clients in (e.g., In person, telehealth, phone call). Edit your default order in Appointment Settings (Learn more)
Intake forms / Intake Flows:
- Update the Client Groups that receive a specific intake flow within the Intake Flows screen
Superbills & CMS 1500s:
- Superbills now pre-fill with phone number when entered elsewhere
- Updates to Healthie's Insurance Authorization Tracker
- The Service Facility dropdown in CMS 1500s is now pre-filled with the most recent location used for the selected client
- The First Symptom Date from a client's profile pre-fills into the CMS 1500
Documents:
- An MP3 file can now be added to Healthie as a document - useful to share audio files with a client, or as part of a Program Learn more
Other UI/UX updates
- Updates to loading on Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge
- Dozens of bug fixes and other design updates
