Video Call Appointment Settings
Providers on Practice Plus plans and above can now adjust Zoom video call settings from the settings page within their account. To do so, click on the Settings wheel in the upper right corner, and select "Settings." Under "Calendar," click on the Appointments tab, and scroll to the bottom of the page.
From here, there are two settings you can adjust:
- Default All Video Call Appointments to Zoom: When this option is turned ON, the "Use Zoom for Video Chat" checkbox that appears when creating an appointment will automatically be checked. Additionally, any video call appointment created by a client will also be defaulted to Zoom.
- Use Zoom Waiting Rooms: When this option is turned ON, all of your Zoom calls will now have clients begin the appointment in a waiting room until you let them in.
Providers can Share Programs with Other Providers
Providers can now share the programs they've created within Healthie with other Healthie providers in their network.
To do so:
- Navigate to the Programs page within your dashboard.
- Scroll to find the Program you want to share.
- Click on the drop down menu next to "Edit."
- Click on "Share with colleague."
- Enter the email address that is associated with the provider's account.
- Click Share to send your program.
Clients can Unsubscribe From Automated Emails
Clients can now unsubscribe from automated emails sent to them by their Healthie provider. A client unsubscribing will cause them to no longer receive any automated emails. This new setting applies to all automated emails that a provider can adjust settings for, including:
- "Provider comments on a journal entry"
- "Provider adds an emoji to a journal entry"
- "New chat message is received in a one-on-one conversation"
- "New chat message is received in a community chat"
- "A new document is shared with you"
- "A new folder is shared with you"
- "A new program module is available"
- "A reminder to complete a goal"
Clients can access these settings in two places:
- From their Healthie account: By clicking on the Settings wheel in the upper right corner of their dashboard and selecting the "Notifications" tab, clients can manage the email notifications they receive from their providers.
- From the notification email: When a client receives an automated email, there is an option to unsubscribe from the emails at the bottom of each notification. Clients can click on this link, and they will see a confirmation screen that they have been unsubscribed from reminder emails of that nature, i.e if the client clicked "unsubscribe from emails like this" in the "Provider adds an emoji to a journal entry" email, then the "Provider adds an emoji to a journal entry" email notification setting should become turned off. Clients will NOT be unsubscribed from all automated emails.
- Clients can also click on "Manage email preferences" next to the unsubscribe option to bring up the settings page within their account to unsubscribe from more types of emails.
Import Client Data from Another EHR Platform
We've streamlined the process for which you can upload files for Healthie to import your client data from another EHR platform into the system!
- Navigate to the Clients tab on your Healthie dashboard.
- Under the "Add Client" button, click on the "Need to Import Clients?" button.
- From here, you can upload either:
- A file containing client information downloaded from another EHR (systems typically offer files in .zip, .csv, or .pdf format)
- A downloadable spreadsheet template provided by Healthie in which you can organize your client's information and reupload the platform
- A file containing client information downloaded from another EHR (systems typically offer files in .zip, .csv, or .pdf format)
- Submit your request to the Healthie team. Once submitted, you will see a confirmation that your request has been submitted, and the date and time of the upload.
- We will process and run the imports; we will notify you via e-mail when the import has been completed. The average turnaround time is 5-7 business days.
Providers Can Adjust Client Timezones
Providers can now adjust client timezones directly from the client's profile within Healthie. To do so, navigate to the client's profile and click on the "Actions" tab. Under the "Personal Information" drop down on the Client Info page, you can select the client's time zone from the drop down menu.
Updates to Nutrient Tracking
To help clients log meals quicker & with more accuracy, new logging options has been added to their Nutrient Tracking feature. This optional journal setting, when enabled for a client's account, will allow them to search our database of thousands of foods. They can select their food, which will consequently log relative macro & micronutrient details (which providers can review).
- "Custom Foods" all clients to add food items that they cannot locate within the database.
- "My Foods" enables clients to create go-to meals which they can then quickly log (versus individual logging each ingredient). This is a great option for clients that have repeat meals, or cook their own meals.
- "Recents" shows most recently added foods from the database, and can serve as a quick way for clients to add foods that they frequently consume
