Platform release notes: May 2019
Note: this will be updated throughout the month of May, as we release updates to our platform several times each week.
Out of pocket payments:
- We have released the next phase of our Client Packages update. This update in particular includes expanded functionality for creating a free package
- Promo codes can now have an expiration date and max number of redemptions; useful if you'd like to have "Summer-specials" or limit a coupon to a maximum number of clients for revenue predictability.
- Recurring payments: On the Payments tab, you'll see the name of the package that client has paid for, even in the case of Recurring Payments & Packages
Reports:
- You can download intake forms, charting forms, program forms directly from your Healthie account for analysis. Learn more
- Healthie's payments report reconciles payments in accordance with Stripe's rounding procedures Learn more
Chat:
- Within an existing conversation with a client, you can add another provider / assistant / organization member to the chat, to streamline communication within a topic. This turns a conversation into a community chat Learn more
- Updated how notifications load within the Chat platform, such that it automatically marks a conversation as read once viewed.
CMS 1500s:
- Created an Insurance authorization section on the client profile
- Added a "Policy Name" column within the main CMS 1500 screen, which can be sorted
Intake flows:
- Providers can now choose a Default Intake flow
- Added default intake forms that can be modified for provider use Learn more
Charting:
- Charting notes will appear in chronological order when generating a PDF
Programs:
- You can now copy and paste an entire Program to re-use what you have built. Used most commonly to re-offer a timed program, make seasonal modifications, or adjust an existing program rather than starting from scratch.
- Programs have been added to the iOS and Android apps, for content delivery on the go. Clients can view courses within the Healthie app.
