Healthie Video Calls: Included Features

Healthie's HIPAA-compliant video call (telehealth) solution enables you to conduct both one-on-one and group virtual sessions. With Video Call, you can host video call sessions, conduct webinars and classes, record sessions, and hold meetings with multiple participants.

Healthie offers a built-in telehealth option for scheduling 1:1 video call sessions. This feature is included on all membership plans, and does not require local installation or additional plug-ins. 

Alternatively, Healthie also offers a direct integration with HIPAA-compliant Zoom for 1:1 and group video calls, and webinars. This integration is available for members on Plus plan and above. 

Adjusting Video Screen Display 

Varying screen sizes for video calls when launching Healthie Telehealth sessions are available from the web browser. You are able to adjust the video screen to mini, full screen, or stacked video, based on your preferences during the call. These new screen sizes allow for better workflows when charting or chatting during a video session.

Screen Sharing During a Video Call

Screen sharing through Healthie Video Call or through a Healthie Zoom call allows you (and your client) to share your computer screen so that the other person can see what you're viewing. Using screen sharing allows you to build on your video call session, allowing you to deliver the same quality of care as an in-person session. 

Please note: the screen sharing feature is only supported when both provider and client are using the web browser -- not from the Healthie app (unless the video call is established as a Zoom call).

Charting & Chat During a Video Call 

Healthie is designed with your workflows in mind, including the need to view past charting notes, important client information, and create new chart notes, all during your call. We believe you should have access to the same information and capabilities as you would when meeting in-person with a client.
