Living Plate Rx Integration FAQs

Healthie has partnered with Living Plate Rx Prime to enable mutual members to: 

  • Distribute and sell Living Plate Rx Meal Plans directly within the Healthie platform
  • Deliver Living Plate Rx Programs to your clients directly within your Healthie account 

Note: This integration is currently available for Healthie Plus, Group, and Enterprise plan customers. Additionally, a paid LivingPlateRx subscription is required.


Can I sign up for Living Plate Rx? 

Yes! You'll need to sign up for a Living Plate subscription directly on the Living Plate website. Follow the steps below to sign up. Please note, your subscription to Healthie is separate. You'll need to be on the Healthie Plus plan or above (see more on pricing) in order to access select Living Plate Programs within Healthie. 

  1. Apply for LP Rx account using the Healthie affiliate link here: https://join.livingplaterx.com?fpr=dist_ld9ipgpor4257
  2. Once approved, you'll receive an email and an onboarding wizard link
  3. Complete wizard following prompts [upload logo, profile pic, and credentials]
  4. After completion of the wizard, you will be brought to your dashboard where you can activate your Living Plate Rx Prime membership.
  5. Once your membership is activated please let Living Plate know to connect your Dashboard to Healthie.

How long does the integration take to set up? 

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to enable the integration for your account. You can request the integration be enabled for your account by emailing hello@gethealthie.com. 


How do I get started with Living Plate Rx? 

Once you sign up for Living Plate Rx, we recommend you review the Masterclasses in the library to get the most from Living Plate Rx resources.


What happens if my client didn't receive the activation email from Living Plate? 

If your client did not automatically receive the activation email from Living Plate for meal plan access, you'll need to manually log into your living plate account and add the client. The email can then be triggered to send to your client. 

While most email notifications that send to clients via Healthie will appear in the client's notifications, we currently do not have a way to confirm if a client has received an email from Living Plate, as this exists outside of Healthie's system. 


Are clients able to view Living Plate meal plans in Healthie? 

When a client purchases a Living Plate meal plan subscription through a Healthie package, they will receive a separate email from Living Plate that will provide them the link to their meal plan. In the beta release of our integration, clients are not able to view the meal plan within Healthie. Alternatively, providers can export/download the meal plan and add it to the clients documents.

How can I enroll Healthie clients into a Living Plate meal plan? 

Living Plate meal plans can be added to a Healthie client package, for clients to purchase. On purchase, clients will receive an email notification with the link to their meal plan. 


Which Living Plate  RxPrograms are currently available in Healthie? 

Programs currently available for Living Plate Rx Prime members (within Healthie): 

  • Nutrition for Optimal Immunity
  • Low FODMAP Simplified
  • Transitioning to a Plant-Focused Diet
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Change for Pre-diabetes

Providers can directly edit these programs in Healthie, as well as enroll participants. Additionally, you can add a program to a package for payment collection. 


How can I access Living Plate Rx Programs in Healthie? 

To access programs, you must be a Living Plate Prime Rx member and on the Healthie Plus plan (or above). If you'd like to upgrade your Healthie plan to Plus, please email us hello@gethealthie.com  (see more on pricing). Members who are already on Plus+ will automatically have Living Plate programs added to their account once the integration is enabled, and you'll receive an email confirmation.


Can clients see all Living Plate Programs in Healthie? 

No. Clients will only see the programs that they have been enrolled in. Enrollment happens manually when a provider adds a client to a program, or automatically when a client purchases a package that contains a program.


What happens when the Healthie/Living Plate Program ends? 

Clients retain access to any programs that they've been enrolled in. Providers need to manually remove clients if they would prefer clients no long have access Here is more informaiton: Add and remove clients in a program

Additionally, clients will not receive a notification to unsubscribe or sign up for an alternative subscription once their package/meal plan ends. We recommend adding a custom email at the end of the program, letting the participants know of the next steps.
