Newly Launched: Healthie Product Roadmap

Our product team has been hard at work, updating our Product Roadmap for Q4 2022 and beyond. You'll find our roadmap newly launched on our Product Portal https://portal.productboard.com/gethealthie/

IN PROGRESS

The "In Progress" tab of our Product Portal includes releases that are actively in development. Typically, releases in development are expected to go live within 1-3 months, but this timeline is subject to change.

PLANNED

The "Planned" tab of our Product Portal shares information on updates that are on our roadmap, but are not yet in development. They will move to the "In Progress" tab when they move into development, which typically occurs in 3-4 months but is subject to change.

LONG TERM

These are features and integrations that are planned for Healthie but do not yet have a timeline for release. Typically planned for within the next 6-18months but timelines are subject to change.

UNDER CONSIDERATION

Items in the "Under Consideration" tab have been provided as insights to the Product Team. They are currently reviewing these requested items that include feature improvements, new features, and integration requests. If the item becomes an planned update to the platform, it will move to the "Planned."  There is no timeline available for items that are under consideration.

LAUNCHED

You probably guessed it, but the "Launched" tab of the Product Portal are items that have already gone live. Feel free to review our monthly Release Notes, or check out our launched items for a comprehensive review of what's new at Healthie. With releases weekly (sometimes daily!) there's always something new to explore on the platform.

Add Feedback to a Roadmap Item

Click on an existing roadmap item in the "In Progress, Planned, or Under Consideration stage. Scroll to give a rating on how important this update is for your business. You'll be prompted to include a description of your request, as well as to provide your email. Doing so will subscribe you to the item, and you'll be notified when a release goes live! You may be prompted to check your email to validate your request. This helps to keep spam bots at bay.

Why provide additional details? Your feedback allows our Product Team to better understand how you'll use this feature. It helps them when designing a request, and also helps with prioritizing roadmap items.

Submit a New Request for Consideration

Use the "Submit Idea" button on the top-right of the Product Portal. You'll be prompted to provide a description of your request, and a importance rating.

  • Nice to Have - this would be cool, convenient, or useful
  • Important  - this would solve a major need for you
  • Critical - without it, you'd consider switching to another product

Organization Member Collaboration in Chat

Healthie’s HIPAA-compliant Chat feature enables clients, providers, and other team members to communicate via secure messenger. Team members are able to share access to Chat conversations, for the purpose of helping to continue discussions, or resolve situations, with clients. One way to think about this feature is that an organization’s list of Chat conversations will be like a queue that multiple people who work at that organization are able to contribute.

Support staff are able to respond to client inquiries on behalf of other team members (ie. the healthcare provider) - all with complete transparency to the client.

Account admins are able to set permissions for each team member, which will either permit or restrict their involvement within the Organization Chat. These settings can be set for each team member's permission page.

Add Multiple Addendums to a Chart Note

When a charting note is Locked & Signed, the charting note cannot be edited. Instead, the provider (or other team members) can add an addendum to the charting note. Multiple addendums can now be added to a single locked charting note by the provider, or other Care Team members

When viewing a Charting note, at the bottom of the note should appear a section where any org member who has "Can write addendums to charting notes of other providers" enabled can add an addendum.

Self-Create Sub Organizations

As part of the Enterprise plan, we can help you set up an additional administrative layer (also known as our " Sub-organization layer") to help you manage your providers, clinics, and/or regions.

Create your own sub org in Organization > Sub Orgs > Add New Sub Organization

An aside tab will appear, with the following prompts:

  • Name of Sub Organization
  • Sub Org Administrator Details (there can only be one admin added)
  • Settings you wish to carry over from the parent organization (see more below)
  • Content you wish to carry over from your parent organization (see more below)

Learn more about creating your sub organization here. If you are interested in enabling this setting for your account, please email hello@gethealthie.com for more information.

Add Custom Insurance Policies

If an insurance payer does not appear in the Healthie database for payers, you can (optionally) add an insurer as a custom policy.

Insurance Settings > Custom Policies > Add Policy

And aside tab will display, with prompts to add the following information:

  • Insurance Name
  • Payer ID
  • Optionally add the policy as an accepted policy (see below)

Click "Add New Insurance Policy" to add your custom policy.

View Calendar in Different Timezones

Healthie makes it easy for organization members to understand and manage the schedule of team members who are in a different timezone.

Click down on the timezone tab under Calendar to adjust your calendar view into another timezone. Appointments and Availability will adjust accordingly.

See Clients Tagged in a Task

Healthie's Tasks feature is a structured "to do list" that enables you to associate tasks with specific clients to ensure you are completing action items in between sessions or after a session. It is now more clear which clients are tagged in a task, by viewing the Tasks Details page

Mobile Release v14.1.5/7.6.5

A new version of the Healthie mobile app has gone live. If the app has not automatically updated to the latest version, please go to the App Store or Google Play Store to initiate an update.

Here are the improvements you (and your clients) will notice:

  • Handling chat messages sent on behalf of other org members (Org Chat)
  • Fix for an issue impacting iOS 16 users where food journal pictures logged by clients were displaying sideways
  • Can now input large (>99) number of serving sizes for food entries

API Updates

  • All features added this month are also available directly via the API

Additional Updates

  • Minor bug fixes
  • Arizona is now listed as a restricted state when ordering labs via the Healthie + Quest integration. For practitioners residing in AZ, NY, NJ, RI, or Puerto Rico, lab ordering is not supported. This is due to legislation regarding lab ordering in these states, and is not determined by Healthie. If there are updates to the legislation, we will notify our community members.
  • Client Tags are now included in the Appointments Report
  • Ongoing improvements for charting note saving functionality
  • Search box should be added to the Announcements Page, to better search & find created announcements
