Rupa Health Integration for E-Labs 🎉
Healthie partners with third-party lab partners to enable the ordering and fulfillment of E-Labs to help our organizations have streamlined coordination across lab companies and your clients.
Providers and organizations can now sync their Rupa Health account with Healthie, to draft lab orders, receive lab results, and share results with clients directly within Healthie.
This integration is available to members on our Plus Plan and above with an active Rupa Health account. There is no cost for this integration, and no fee to sign up for Rupa.

Self-Provision API Key(s) and Webhook(s)
Healthie's API is an available add-on for members on our Enterprise Plan. For users with API access, API keys and Webhooks can now be self generated in association with Healthie's Production or Sandbox environment.

Automatically Charge Clients for Appointments
Fundamental work is being done that will allow providers to charge directly for appointments (as an alternative to including them within Client Packages).
The following functionality is now currently live on the platform:
- Turn on an Appointments Setting that will allow providers to add a price for an appointment type.
- Ability to edit an appointment type to add a price (when setting is enabled).
- New column on Appointment Types Settings page to reflect pricing.
- Automatically charge for appointments set as occurred. When you set an appointment as occurred in your calendar, a client who has a valid payment card on file will have a charge scheduled for the day after the appointment.
- Clients will automatically receive an email notification and receipt of the automatic charge, once processed.
- Automatically invoice clients that do not have a credit card on file for payment.
- Ability to set different pricing for appointment type(s) for different providers.
- [NEW!] Ability to set different pricing for appointment type(s) for each client.
- [NEW!] Adjust automatic charge based on the actual duration of the appointment (ie. charge more for sessions that ran over on time).

New Team Member Permission
Account admins can now set select team members to receive notifications when a client payment fails. This member setting can be found within their team member profile.
- Billing > Is notified about all failed payments
When enabled, this org member will receive an email notification when any client payment fails or there is a chargeback. Learn more here.
New Sign & Lock Charting Note Option
When editing a charting note, you'll notice a Save button on the top-right. While Healthie automatically saves your charting note, you can manually push the button to ensure your progress is saved.
Within the Save button, there is a drop-down selection with more Saving options:
- Save and Close: provider can save note only, returning to edit, sign, or lock at any time.
- Sign Note: provider can add a digital signature to the note.
- Lock Note: provider can lock note and prevent further edits, apart from addendums.
- [New!] Sign & Lock: provider can add a digital signature and lock the note, preventing further edits apart from addendums.
Chat Auto Responder: One-Time & Recurring
Chat Auto Responder within Healthie allows provider(s) to set an automated message to send to clients when a Chat is received. This can be a standard one-time message (ie. vacation notice) or can be configured as a recurring message (ie. outside of office hours). Learn how to configure an auto response to clients.

Smart Task: Complete Chart Note
Healthie's Tasks feature is a structured "to do list" that enables providers and teams to stay organized and complete important actions.
Within your account settings, you have the option to enable certain tasks (Smart Tasks) to be automatically created and assigned. The first of a series of available Smart Tasks is now live Complete Chart Note.
Enable automatic reminders to complete charting notes, once a session is marked as occurred. Set the timeframe for when the smart task should be created (ie. 1-6 hours after an appointment is marked as occurred). The Smart Task should assign to the provider assigned to the appointment.
This setting can be enabled in Settings > Tasks > Toggle on Complete Charting Note

API Updates

Additional Updates
- Minor bug fixes.
- Within Form Builder, a "Share & Embed for Clients" option should be included in the "Options" menu. Learn more about sharing forms outside of Healthie.
- The character limit for Program descriptions has been increased to 700.
- Allow course_membership sorting by course position; Enterprise customers can reach out to hello@gethealthie.com to request programs be re-ordered on the Programs Page.
- Insurance data will now sync from Healthie to Change Health Patient (as part of Change Health Labs integration)
