Healthie’s HIPAA-compliant web platform & mobile app includes a robust feature set from scheduling, billing, and EHR to telehealth, online programs, client messaging, and more. 

Organizations can optionally add-on premium integrations, semi or full account white-labeling, and/or API access. Healthie's API offers turnkey access to our complete feature set, with full documentation, and automatic upgrades alongside Healthie's product upgrades.

Base License

Healthie's organization base license includes our core feature set, plus the following: 

  • Master Subscription Agreement: By virtue of using Healthie, you and your clients agree to our standard terms, privacy policy, and BAA. There may be a business need to make adjustments to your agreement with Healthie. Our Organization Plan includes our Master Subscription Agreement, and red-line reviews of contracts. 
  • Support with vendor assessments: Healthie is HIPAA, PIPEDA, GDPR, FERPA, and PCI Compliant, and here is some information on Healthie Security and Privacy. There may be instances in which you need support with specific vendor assessments. We are more than happy to assist you with completing these, please Contact Us (organizations@gethealthie.com). 
  • Dedicated account manager: To support onboarding, implementation, training and ongoing support, you have an account manager that you regularly meet with that can answer any questions, ensure that workflows are set up correctly, and when needed, serve as a liaison between our development team and yours.
