May 2020: Charting v2, Calendar, and GoogleFit

Platform release notes: May 2020. Learn what new changes to the Healthie platform and mobile app that both providers and clients can expect to see. With new releases each week, make the most of Healthie's new features by bookmarking this help article and checking back frequently! 

Calendar

• Updated Appointment Types page to make it easier to view details and set specifics on Appointment Types that you offer
• Added ability for 5 minute and 10 minute increments on Appointment Types
• Added additional filtering options for the Calendar page, to make it easier to filter by Status, Appointment Type, Confirmation Status, Provider, and more
• Client Portal: Made updates to streamline workflow for Clients to view Upcoming Appointments, as well as Reschedule / Cancel Client Appointments

Intake forms

• Adjusted cursor navigation when form autosaves, to make it easier for clients to complete intake forms online
• Added a Telehealth Informed Consent template for Provider use

Charting and Forms (EHR) 

• Additional updates to Healthie's Charting Platform, including the ability to share part of a chart note with your client
• Directory of physician fax numbers & basic information (Manage Referring Providers)

Telehealth / Video Call

• Adjusted name of virtual session from "Healthie Telehealth" to "Healthie Video Call" 
• The same Zoom link can be utilized for each instance of a repeating appointment, to make it easier for clients to join a recurring webinar series

Goals

• You can now customize the date / time of your goal reminders to clients

Other Updates

• GoogleFit Integration is now live
• Some providers were seeing an error when viewing a Program preview; they will now no longer see that error banner appear. 
• Walking, Yoga, and Meditation were added as options for Workout entries.
• Providers and Clients can now adjust their e-mail and push notifications from within the mobile apps. 
• Tasks are now available in the Provider Mobile Apps
• Added notification setting to turn on/off e-mail notification when a new client is assigned to you which is helpful for workflow settings for multi-provider teams
• Squashed bug in setting up Branding, in that previews would only sometimes appear
• Resolved issue with sending long URL links in Chat
• Dozens of bug fixes and other design updates
