October Releases:
Advanced Beneficiary Notice Form
A new form has been added to Healthie's internal form library: Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN). Also known as a waiver of liability, an ABN is a notice provider should give to clients before they receive a service if, based on Medicare coverage rules, you believe Medicare will not pay for the service.
This form is accessible to all providers by navigating to Forms > Form Builder. Add this form to your intake flow or share with any clients prior to an in-person visit for screening purposes.
Client Groups
- When a new client is added into a group, they will now automatically be added into any community chat conversations affiliated with the group. New clients will not be able to see historical messages, but they will receive any messages moving forward.
- Within client packages, you'll now see the settings option to move any new clients or clients with NO group to a specific group. Learn more about how clients move between groups when purchasing a package, and the settings you can select to control this flow.
Covid-19 Screening Form
A new form has been added to Healthie's internal form library: COVID-19 Screening Form. This form is accessible to all providers by navigating to Forms > Form Builder. Add this form to your intake flow or share with any clients prior to an in-person visit for screening purposes.
Healthie Goal Favorites
When setting a new goal for a client, you have the option to select a goal from your library of "Favorites." To make goal setting even more convenient, we've added "Healthie Favorites" to your library. Browse through Healthie's Favorite Goals, select one, and modify it as needed for your client.
Learn more about Goals and Goal Favorites.
Merge Clients
When a new client is added to Healthie, a unique account is created for them, using the email address that they've provided. It's possible that a duplicate account may be created for a client. As a best practice to consolidate these accounts so that your client has only one profile/account -- this will eliminate any confusing around booking appointments, billing, and charting. Learn how you can merge client accounts.
Metrics Improvements
As part of a larger redesign, Healthie's Metrics feature continues to see improvements, including:
- Improved display of metrics entries in journaling/metrics feed for provider accounts
- Clicking on a data point within a metrics graph will bring you to the metric entry. A side drawer-panel will display for your metric entry, which you can then directly: view, edit, delete, or comment/react. Learn more about managing client metrics.
- Clearer X and Y axis in metrics graphs
- Hover over a data point in metric graph will now clearly display the metric details, including the date and time the data point was logged.
Addition of standard metrics for:
- Oxygen Saturation levels
- Body Temperature
- Hemoglobin a1C levels
- Blood Pressure
- Blood Sugar Levels
Note: By default, these new standard metrics may be off. To turn on tracking, please go to your settings. Check the boxes next to the metrics you'd like to display, and click "Save" at the bottom of the settings page. Learn how to adjust your settings globally, per group, or per client here.
