Group Plan 

Healthie’s Group Plan is designed for multi-provider, clinician-owned practices, offering advanced administrative permissions & controls as well as collaborative team features.

Seats / Pricing: Our base Group Plan includes 1 standard seat, and 1 support seat - the Group plan is our only non-Enterprise plan that allows users to have a support seat. With this plan you have the ability to add-on as many additional seats as needed. There is a fee of $50 / additional standard seat / month. Customizations / Add-ons: The Group Plan supports standard branding and integrations. 

TL;DR: If you are a scaling group practice or organization that wants an out-of-the box solution and the ability to add as many providers and patients as needed, then the Group Plan may be best for your business needs.

Enterprise Plan 

Healthie’s Enterprise Plan is designed for large healthcare practices, multi-specialty organizations, and digital health startups.

Seats / Pricing: Our base Enterprise plan includes seats for 5 standard seats, and 5 free support seats – learn more about Standard vs Support seats.

Customizations / Add-ons: Organizations can optionally add-on premium integrations, semi or full account white-labeling, and/or API access. Healthie's API offers turnkey access to our complete feature set, with full documentation, and automatic upgrades alongside Healthie's product upgrades.  

Dedicated Customer Support: Healthie’s enterprise customers receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager that is responsible for assisting you from implementation, through training, and long-term success.

Premium Integrations: Healthie has a full harbor of integrations, including built-in integrations and partner-developed integrations. Premium integrations can be enabled for Enterprise plans, and may come with an add-on fee.

TL;DR: If you are a scaling organization with advanced needs for security, branding, or API access, then the Enterprise Plan is well suited for your needs. An additional consideration is the need to manage separate businesses under a Parent organization, which would require the Enterprise Plan for the sub-organization add-on.
